During Thanksgiving, the great debate in kitchens all across American is:  Cranberries –  to serve or not to serve.  Some people really like it with their Thanksgiving meal while others cough and gag and pretty much act like a 2-year-old with liver (we won’t mention any names here).  Trouble is they are tart –  super pucker your face kind of tart.

But did you know that cranberries are a wonderful food that actually outweighs nearly every fruit in its disease-fighting antioxidants?  Ounce-for-ounce it is one of the best “super foods” out there.

Luckily right now we can get fresh cranberries and add it to muffins, scones, pork or turkey dishes.  So being a full-service business, we decided to make a Pinterest board of cranberry recipes to get you started using these great little powerhouses in your daily life.  I can say we have especially liked the smoothies and adding it to our scones.  Pork chops with apples and cranberries were another favorite.

Let us know which ones are your favorites and please if you have one you like, share with the rest of us.  Cranberries are not just for Thanksgiving anymore.
