You are now in your second trimester, feel better and are ready to begin exercising again. You want a program that is safe and will prepare you for labor.
This package contains:
1. Tupler Technique® Perfect Pushing® DVD with the 4-step Tupler Technique®; 2. A Diastasis Rehab Splint; and 3. A Tupler Technique Guidebook.
The 4 steps are done the first six weeks of the program, and the Tupler Technique® Perfect Pushing® DVD will teach you how to push effectively in labor with exercise modifications during pregnancy. For your pushing to be effective, your abdominal muscles must be strong enough to push for as long as necessary without tiring, and you must know how to use them separately from your pelvic floor muscles. In labor you can then push with your strengthened and splinted abdominal muscles while relaxing your pelvic floor muscles.
The Tupler Technique® Guidebook will give you a summary of the 4 steps and also a daily chart with how many of the exercises you should be doing every day.
The Diastasis Rehab Splint® is one of the 4 steps of the Tupler Technique® and can be worn safely during pregnancy. The pad of the Splint will stay the same during pregnancy.

How to Measure to Determine Size
Measure the circumference of your body over your belly button, preferable in the evening when your belly is the largest with relaxed muscles. Waist size does not determine belly size.
